Frisson Live 2026

Support: Symphonity + Chaoseum

A new chapter. A new intensity. A tour that gets under your skin.
Tarja returns to the heavy metal stage in full force in 2026. “Frisson Live 2026” marks
the beginning of a new artistic chapter—powerful, dynamic, and emotionally charged.

In parallel with the tour, Tarja will release her brand-new studio album—her first full-length album in the harder rock genre in seven years. With renewed energy and artistic determination, she builds on the sonic intensity that has defined her career.

Seven years after her last full-length studio album in the heavier genre, Tarja steps back into the spotlight with renewed intensity. The new tour features a production that relies on stark contrasts: between fragility and power, between a cinematic atmosphere and uncompromising metal energy.

This is not a look back. This is a step forward.

“Frisson” describes that moment when music gives you goosebumps. When emotions hit you unexpectedly. When energy courses through your entire body.

This very feeling is at the heart of the tour.

The audience can expect: gripping, dynamic arcs of tension—from intimate, fragile moments to explosive choruses. A setlist featuring new material and career highlights
