What you can experience in TeatroTanz:
Authentic movement, fine perception, deeper connection to yourself and others, the essence of your expression, inner flow, expanding your boundaries, contact improvisation, and living in the now.

TeatroTanz-Session begins with creative theater and dance exercises that lead you into living movement. This is where dance with yourself and with others comes into being.

The focus is on the development of your own authentic movements. You are invited to feel and experience these through movement and contact.
