The Fairies

There are Beatles cover bands, and then there are The Fairies: B-sides, rarities, and obscure tracks from the Fab Four’s diverse body of work take center stage in The Fairies’ unique shows. In particular, the audience gets to experience the complex songs from the Beatles’ later years paired with rock ’n’ roll numbers from their early days.

Their interpretations aren’t just dull imitations; they transport the music of John, Paul, George, and Ringo into the here and now—energetic, exciting, and always fresh. As enthusiastic concertgoers often say: “If the Beatles were around today, they’d sound like the Fairies.” Originally founded as a one-concert band for “Night for John Lennon” in 2000 to mark the 20th anniversary of the Beatles’ mastermind’s death, these five exceptional musicians have been captivating audiences throughout Germany for over twenty years with their innovative concept concerts. Numerous TV and radio productions document their extraordinary work.
