THE FOOD SHOW! is a physical theater production that appeals to the senses and stimulates thought. In a world full of movement, language and visual splendor, the choreographic lecture performance unfolds and leads through a fascinating journey in which nutritional concepts are brought to life and the political dimensions of our eating habits are humorously illuminated. From surprising dance-cooking shows to absurd, Kafkaesque moments, the production explores profound connections between food, society and politics. The history of our food and its impact on our world - from the origins of humanity to modern industrialization, from ethical dilemmas to commercial interests - are part of THE FOOD SHOW! It is a dialog that goes beyond the stage and reflects our relationship with food and the planet.
