The Radio Field - Air and Sunlight (album release 19.9.25):
Two years after their debut album, The Radio Field are back with number 2 - Air and Sunlight - and stay on track: pure guitar-driven indiepop that has fed on jangle, shoegaze, powerpop, air and sunshine for 30 years. 32 minutes of light songs about the heavy topics that so often almost lead you astray. Almost. Air and Sunlight picks up where Don'ts & Dos left off. That's right.

And this is being celebrated today, where the band is based, in Cologne. Now with the live addition of singer Hanne-Lotta Blum and together with their friends from Café Samata:

CAFÉ SAMATA:
The indie band from Ehrenfeld not only has a new name since the beginning of 2025, but also a fresh line-up. Valle (guitar & vocals), Malte (guitar), Maxi (bass), Stefan (piano) and Matze (drums) deliver songs ranging from soulful ballads to danceable rhythms. Thematically, their lyrics deal with the challenges of young people - love, friendship, pub culture and the small vanities of life.
