The Sticky Dance

Noch niemand hat sich das Event gemerkt.

In the organizer's words:

Three dancers move through the audience, weaving a web of adhesive tape in this tactile dance performance for young children. They invite the audience to stick, cling, and groove; to see and feel sounds; or to be still, watch, and listen. The audience is encouraged to freely explore the space, turn the rules upside down, and shape their own experience. “The Sticky Dance” is an interactive, colorful, and captivating performance installation for children and their families.

About the group:

Second Hand Dance was founded in 2013 and is led by co-directors Rosie Heafford and Claire Summerfield—one an artist with a disability, the other without. The company operates under an adaptive leadership model and is active both nationally and internationally, while making a local and regional impact. It develops joyful, inspiring stage productions as well as digital dance films for children and adults.
