THEATERFÜHRUNG

In the organizer's words:

A guided tour of the Gärtnerplatztheater allows you to go one step further than the orchestra pit and take a look behind the scenes. You will learn interesting facts about the processes behind the scenes and the individual areas of the theater that are responsible for raising the curtain every evening. And you will discover the house from a new historical perspective and immerse yourself in the theater's 150-year history.

The tour includes a visit to the foyers, the auditorium, the orchestra rehearsal hall and, depending on availability, the stage area or the rehearsal stages.

Public guided tours

Public tours take place several times a month. The duration is approx. 60-70 minutes. The number of participants is limited to 30 people. The meeting point is 10 minutes before the start of the tour at the main entrance, Gärtnerplatz 3.

Please note that the theater tours are not barrier-free. There is no seating during the tour, there are several flights of stairs and it is not possible to use the elevator. Please contact us at marketing@gaertnerplatztheater.de if you would like a specific barrier-free offer.

Tickets in advance: 10 € / 5 € (reduced)
