ARE IN THE GARDEN. BLOWING UP THE LAWN
The [next;raum] project concerns ideas on the question of how a museum can move forward, how it can become more open and inclusive and what futures it can create. We are currently giving space to the idea that a joint "unlearning" of habits mobilizes new forces that lead to different perspectives: this is an exciting process for the museum.
For example, we could unlearn that nature stays outside, that art and nature go separate ways. What would happen if we were to unlearn separations and the garden and museum were to meet spatially? If their rituals, rules and orders were to merge?
The theme day on 25 November is dedicated to these questions and invites you to discover the museum from a new perspective on this day.
