Join us for a unique and heart-opening journey through Tibetan Heart Yoga (THY) Series 1, inspired by the Tibetan Buddhist practice of Tong-Len ("Giving and Taking"). In this class, we'll use breath, movement, and meditation to take in the suffering of others and offer them happiness, guided by the Six Perfections: Generosity, Kindness, Patience, Perseverance, Stillness, and Wisdom.
Expect a blend of modern and ancient yoga postures, breathwork, and deep inner work. The poses are accessible to all levels - the true focus is where your mind and heart are directed.
Rooted in the 11th-century teachings of yogis Naropa and Niguma, the Tibetan Heart Yoga system transforms yoga into a powerful path of compassion and spiritual growth.
