TRISTAN (NL) comes back with feel-good vintage acid jazz grooves and give a tasty second helping. Great funky groove from some of the best contemporary pop / jazz musicians from Europe. High energy grooves with the great warm sound of the 70s - wherever people love funky stuff. It's hard not to move, because the band with their power sound, groove and the voice of "perfect girl" singer Jaycilee inspire the audience. Their trademark solid grooves, punchy arrangements, funky rhythm guitars, Hammond, Fender Rhodes and synthesizer sounds and a hot rhythm section that has been playing together for decades. - All of this underpins the stunningly beautiful and soulful vocals of singer Jaycilee. Here, the great warm sound of the 70s comes through with a fresh breeze of influences from the present.

While Tristan's music is reminiscent of bands like Tower of Power, Snarky Puppy, or classic acid jazz acts like Incognito and The Brand New Heavies, all of whom produce energetic grooves, TRISTAN stands out for the high quality of its compositions and arrangements.
