Umland Festival 2025 – The Dorf goes schauraum & Live Painting mit Artur Fast
In the organizer's words:
The members of the sound collective The Dorf improvise in the schauraum. The basis is a video score by saxophonist Jakob Jentgens, which provides visual playing impulses as a loop - freely interpretable and visible to the audience on a screen. Small ensembles take turns in a relay race, while the artist Artur Fast translates the action live into images. Developed in cooperation with the Umland Festival, it leads to a disturbing encounter with a mysterious girl...
