Upcycling-Sticker: Workshop mit Catinca von Mutabel

Mutabel (lat. changeable) - the name says it all! The Düsseldorf design label is known for its unique DIY wall objects and artistic installations made from nails and colorful strings. Anyone out and about in the city will have noticed the colorful stickers in public places.

The founder of the label, Catinca Ghiea, is offering a workshop at the ASG Education Forum in June to introduce one of her hobbyhorses to a wider audience: Sticker design from upcycling material.

Stickers are more than just decoration - they are an expression of creativity, personality and style.

In this workshop, participants will learn how to design individual stickers using adhesive foil, scissors and acrylic pens.
From simple shapes to detailed motifs, unique designs are created that embellish surfaces, convey messages or inspire as small works of art. The focus is not only on the creative technique, but also on the sustainable use of materials. In this workshop, only foil remnants from production are used.
A workshop for anyone who wants to create their own sticker collection and playfully discover new design possibilities!
