Vernissage zur Ausstellung "Heide im Licht"

The Heideflächenverein Münchener Norden e.V., in collaboration with the Eching Community Center, invites you to the photo exhibition “Heide im Licht.” From September 25 through November 5, the exhibition will feature striking photographs of the heathland north of Munich, offering new perspectives on one of the region’s most valuable natural areas. The exhibition was curated by graphic designer and author Stefan Gerstorfer, whose book *Heidelandschaft nördlich von München* (Heathland North of Munich), to be published in 2025, serves as the basis for many of the images on display. At the opening reception, Stefan Gerstorfer and Sandra Semmler, executive director of the Heideflächenverein, will guide visitors through the exhibition. They will provide insights into how the images were created, the history of the heathland, and its unique biodiversity.
