The third evening of our event series asks what constitutes courage and how encouragement can succeed. The unusual talk format in cooperation with the University of Hamburg and the Hamburger Abendblatt brings guests from science and the everyday world together in surprising ways. The experimental set-up also includes music and literature. The singer-songwriter Anna Depenbusch, the expert on anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders Prof. Dr. Anja Riesel, the Vice President of the Technical University of Hamburg Prof. Dr.-Ing. Irina Smirnova, the consulting psychologist at Parship Pia Kabitzsch and the reporter in war and conflict zones Jan Jessen will be among the guests. Nadin Schumacher is responsible for the stage design. The evening will be moderated by Julia-Niharika Sen, Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Dieter Lenzen and Lars Haider.
