3 years of forest bathing with Vanessa - anniversary celebration on November 16 🌿💫

My first forest bathing circle started three years ago - since then I have been able to accompany many wonderful people, in small groups, at team building sessions and company events. The forest has shown us time and again how healing connection and mindfulness can be.
