Welcome Home

In the organizer's words:

Very close to the Christmas market at the Chinese Tower, the two Munich artists Maria Vinuesa and Lore Galitz will meet at the Orangery in the English Garden from December 8 to 10, 2023. Their three-day exhibition "Welcome Home" focuses on the connection between people and the elements of earth and water.

Lore Galitz transports visitors to a world in which natural materials and artistic vision merge. Her works and installations celebrate the healing and protective powers of nature and the harmonious coexistence of all beings.
Maria Vinuesa complements this panorama with paintings in acrylic and mixed media from her series "Tierra madre" and "Agua madre". She also sees earth and water as givers of life, visions of the future, myths and places of healing in equal measure.

Opening and closing with a movement and sound performance by the artists, "Welcome Home" inspires a dialog between art, nature and human existence.
Daily from 2 to 7 pm. Performance at the vernissage on Thursday, December 7 at 6:30 pm and on Sunday, December 10 at 4:00 pm.
