WellBad "Bad Habits" Tour - Part 2

"A voice that strips cars of paint!" - this is how the Reeperbahnfestival once announced the Hamburg band WELLBAD around frontman Daniel Welbat. With their edgy "rock noir blues", the band proves time and again that they have a great love for musical diversity.

WELLBAD'scross-genre mix of roots rock, jazz, blues and hip-hop has propelled the Hamburg band onto the international stage within a very short space of time. At the legendary Montreal Jazz Festival in Canada, on Beale Street in Memphis (USA) or in other European countries: WELLBAD'sperformances are celebrated internationally.

"We are often asked what genre we actually play. Blues, jazz, rock, alternative? Here's the answer: Rock Noir! We bring 120 percent passion to the stage, we burn for it!" says Daniel Welbat. WELLBAD shows feel like a trip through heaven and hell, leaving no emotion untouched and deeply moving. Daniel Welbat and his band live their songs on stage and take their audience on an intense and intoxicating hunt for stories and dreams.

In March 2023, the band will release their new 14-track album entitled "Bad Habits". It was created during the corona lockdown, which brought Daniel Welbat to his knees mentally. Isolated from the world, his unfiltered gaze fell on what are often called bad habits. Equipped with a crate of whisky and a case of cigars, the singer-songwriter took a look at these bad habits in his own way and embarked on a musical meditation. The new album is certainly his most personal to date.
