Then, the focus shifts to nature: What herbs grow on the grounds of the malt factory today? The guide will share tips and tricks for finding and collecting wild herbs. How does mullein differ from evening primrose? What do stinging nettles and ribwort plantain taste like?

The tour takes you through the demonstration garden and offers insights into the educational work of Acker e.V. You’ll also receive practical tips on organic vegetable gardening in the city. The tour ends in the Ackerpause kitchen: Here, you’ll sample the wild herbs in the form of wild herb pesto on bread and as herbal lemonade.
