"Focus on people" - that's the credo in the world of HR management. In her documentary, Carmen Losmann uses calm, concentrated shots to show potential analyses of employees, team-building workshops and the concepts of new workplaces. People seem to disappear in these measures.

As part of human resource management, the focus is on (self-) optimization and personal development areas that help the company achieve further success. For the new building that Unilever in Hamburg, for example, wants, the architects are planning rooms in which people should not be reminded to work - with flexible workstations, meeting points at the coffee machine and lamps that could hang in the living room.
