In this seminar, you will learn an easy-to-understand model that will help you to live an appreciative attitude (towards yourself and others). Non-violent communication (NVC) shows us how to communicate honestly - without criticism or reproach, to understand others - even if I don't agree, to make clear requests with confidence - instead of making demands, to stand up for my values - without judging others.
