In the organizer's words:
In his workshop, Felix Baumann invites you to an experimental laboratory at the interface of body, construction, material and humor, inspired by the themes of his new project BAU HOW, which is scheduled to go into production in 2026.
Participants will playfully explore various objects and materials and engage with their functionality and dynamics. In doing so, they will explore how these evoke dance-like movements and transform everyday actions into poetic and humorous forms of expression. With a focus on interdisciplinary experimentation, the workshop invites participants to discover simple materials as a source for visual compositions with an absurd momentum of their own. Together, spatial constellations will be created that embody the interplay between construction and circus, work and play, emphasizing the act of building as a poetic and performative gesture.
Participation fee (2 days): 70 / 60 / 50 euros (according to self-assessment).
