This workshop offers you the opportunity to experience inner peace, self-connection and healing self-awareness.
In this workshop, the gentle, meditative elements of Yin Yoga are combined with targeted breath work and hypnotic deep relaxation. The focus is on self-love and acceptance, i.e. the ability to accept oneself in all its facets and find inner stability - regardless of external circumstances.
After a meditation, you will be guided through several opening yin postures at the beginning, which pave the way to yourself - physically, energetically and mentally. In subsequent Breathwork rounds, which are accompanied by hypnotic suggestions, we then go through specific guided emotional states and levels of consciousness. This makes it possible to transform held emotions and stored trauma into self-love, inner peace and a deep sense of acceptance.
By spending longer periods of time in passive yoga postures and conscious breathing, we open up spaces for deeper feeling, letting go and emotional integration.
This workshop is suitable for anyone who wants more self-compassion, wants to cultivate self-care or is looking for inner stability and self-confidence.
You don't need any previous experience - just a willingness to be mindful of yourself.
We will spend most of the time lying down. So bring anything that helps you feel good.
