Would you like to move more safely again, maintain your strength and do something for your well-being at the same time? Then this course is just right for you.
In a calm and respectful atmosphere, we will strengthen your back, legs and core, promote flexibility, balance and stability and consciously give your breath space. The exercises are gently guided and can be individually adapted to your needs without any pressure to perform. Supporting aids such as chairs, blocks, cushions, blankets and straps help to make the practice accessible to everyone.
