This highly stylized, chamber drama-like satire of capitalism is set in the milieu of globally active business consultants. Öllers, Niederländer and their young colleague Bianca März are management consultants. They work on behalf of the "Company" to maximize the profits of their clients in emerging and developing countries. This play dissects the neuroses of the optimization society with bitter malice, taking a fast-paced and satirical look at this world and thereby exposing it all the more.

The characters unscrupulously decide the fates of companies and people in various regions of the world, but never take a step into the reality of these countries. They never leave their hotel rooms. The razor-sharp, sarcastic dialogues fluctuate between quick-witted humor, discriminatory statements and sheer cynicism. Despite this, the main characters are anything but one-dimensional, and not mere decals of a nasty grasshopper. They take every opportunity to go all out and still leave room for nuances. A black comedy with plenty of laughs and lots of potential for reflection.
