1986 formed in the summer of 2023, hailing from Manchester, UK. 1986 blend sludge, death metal and hardcore with doom influence as well. The band established their line up after a few member changes in late 2024, and marched into 2025 with the purpose to share this incarnation of 1986 and stamp their place 
firmly in amongst the mix locally and internationally.
