👀A queer vernal equinox celebration 🌱 🌵LINE-UP 🌵 RA: https://tinyurl.com/w3e8hnd 🌔🌓🌒🌑🌘🌗🌖🌕 Room 4 Resistance creates intentional spaces centering and prioritizing queer womxn, non-binary, trans and inter folx. As we move into our 6th year, we remain committed to: ‣ community-building, experimenting with forward-thinking and radical aspects of clubbing with our friends and local scene; ‣ exploring the political dimensions of the dance floor and its potential as a powerful tool for change, community care, transformation and healing; ‣ thinking collectively about the future of raving / clubbing and the rave / party as an art form; ‣ building new eco-systems that centre the voices of our community and create opportunities to sustain the work of those who are most at the margin; ‣ programming adventurous club music produced and played by brilliant underrated, underrepresented artists and queer siblings from all parts of the world; ‣ creating support systems and care networks within our communities; ‣ advocating harm reduction, safety, guidance and better representation within nightlife. 🌕🌖🌗🌘🌑🌒🌓🌔 ACCESSIBILITY 🍄 The dance floor, cinema and bar at Trauma Bar und Kino are wheelchair accessible and there is an accessible bathroom on the ground floor—ask for the key at the bar. Some parts of the venue (including the basement where our rave care corner is located) can only be accessed via stairs. 🍄 Seating options are available at ground level, and throughout the venue. All toilets are gender neutral. 🍄 Please reach out if you have any questions about accessibility. 🍄 Entry: 15 EUR. If you are low on funds and part of the communities we prioritise — all womxn, non-binary, trans, inter, black & POC, asylum seekers, sex workers, and folx with different abilities— CONTACT US at unicorn@room4resistance.net before Thursday March 19th at 6pm and we'll add you to our reduced entrance price list (10 EUR). No one will be turned away for lack of funds. RAVE & COMMUNITY CARE 🍄 Together with TS RAVER we are hosting a space dedicated to rave & community care located in the basement. At our rave care corner, you can find water, tea, fruits, nuts, vitamins, safer sex & harm reduction materials, foam earplugs, and more. We invite you to come by ! 🍄 Our AWARENESS TEAM will be available at all times during the party in case there is a need for support, and to bring goodies to folx who can’t access that space. Ask at the rave care corner or look out for folx wearing NEON security harnesses or R4R LANYARDS. DARKROOMS 🍄 R4R is a body and sex positive intersectional space and offers two different darkrooms. One is for womxn, trans, inter and non-binary folx, the other is for everyone. Safer sex materials are available in the darkrooms and at our rave care corner in the basement. GET HOME SAFE 🍄 If you feel at risk and need support to travel safely to our events and / or to get back home afterwards, please email us at unicorn@room4resistance.net. We can support your cab or shared-ride expenses or provide BVG tickets. No racism, sexism, ableism, ageism, classism, homophobia, transphobia, fatphobia, body shaming, slut shaming or hatefulness of any kind.
