A multisensory dinner concept developed by PLATTFORM´s resident chef Javier Carrillo and his special guest chef Karin Hartkopf, at Tucker Brunch Bar. The multi-dimensional menu, carefully constructed, will persuade the senses into a playful state of mind. The background soundscapes will make the right ambiance for the many faces of this flavored polyhedron to meet on their edges and find a common vertex in an ever-changing structure. Plattform is a collaborative project dedicated to producing pop-up exhibitions and culinary arts experiences.
