„ALLES IN ORDNUNG“ untersucht auf humorvolle Weise die Wechselwirkung zwischen der Institution Polizei und ihrer Darstellung. Basierend auf Interviews mit Polizist*innen und jenen, die sie in Filmen und Serien verkörpern, entsteht am Set eines Krimi-Drehs eine Doku-Fiction über das Selbstverständnis der Polizei auf der Leinwand und im Dienst. Könnte eine Veränderung der uns bekannten Krimibilder dazu führen, sich eine Welt ohne Polizei vorstellen zu können? Wäre dann „alles in Ordnung“?

ENGLISCH: ALLES IN ORDNUNG examines the reciprocal effect between the institution of the police and its representation in a humorous way. Based upon interviews with the police and those who embody them in films and television series, a piece of documentary fiction unfolds on the set of a crime thriller about the self-image of the police on the screen and in service. Could a change in the crime thriller images that we are familiar with lead to being able to imagine a world without police? Would everything be “in order” then?
