Amami ice cream at YSY Bar

Amami ice cream is coming to YSY Bar.

Cocktail meets sorbet.

We are excited to welcome @amami.berlin for a special collaboration at YSY.

From 23–25 July, from 6 PM, we will be serving a unique summer pairing created especially for this occasion:

Blood Orange Sorbet by Amami, combined with a Japanese whisky-based shot by YSY.

The bright citrus notes of Amami’s blood orange sorbet meet the depth and complexity of Japanese whisky, creating a new way to experience the harmony between cocktails and frozen desserts.

For those who prefer the sorbet on its own, Amami’s Blood Orange Sorbet will also be available separately, finished with an aromatic spray of Bold Fashioned by @freimeisterkollektiv, a Berlin-based distillery, adding a final layer of cocktail-inspired aroma.

Amami is a craft ice cream maker inspired by Japanese culinary culture, creating frozen desserts with a focus on natural flavours and unique ingredients.
