Ever wanted to play around on an aerial spiral or multicords? This is your chance! More and more interesting and atypical apparatuses have been entering the aerial world the past years, but building them from scratch or investing in someone to do it for you is usually the only way to give them a go and see if they spark your passion and imagination. We’ve collected a number of unusual props for you to explore during two very special workshops – one for beginners and one for advanced aerialists – led by aerialist and circus coach Sarah Goody, who will feed you with technical and creative exercises throughout this 3-hour workshop.
Sarah Goody is an international aerial artist, teacher, coach, choreographer and educator working in the field of circus arts since 2009. Her passions lie both in the choreographic and technical aspects of aerial arts, as well as understanding and overcoming the body’s struggle against gravity. In summer 2020 she created the company and brand “Seil ist Geil” (translates to “Rope is Awesome”) in order to provide professional and recreational students of the aerial arts the tools they need to reach their physical and creative goals.
