We slide into the weekend with bold and striking beats from spirited sets by French shooting star LB aka Labat, Spandau20 core member Elli Acula, the live wire duo Ninos Du Brasil and our friend Felix Rupprecht from Vienna. 

Ninos Du Brasil is a project whose origins and background have remained shrouded in mystery.
Dedicated to a bold and unlikely mixture of Noise, Batucada, Samba and Electronic, their sporadic live appearances have already become legendary and mythological.For those fortunate enough to have witnessed Ninos Du Brasil live, their stories comprise of otherworldly experiences.
NDB’s condensed yet intense set is a fervent intermixture of old school Techno, stadium spirit choruses, Carnival style parade celebrations unified with the physical intensity of old-school Hardcore shows.

Flamboyant and playful, bouncy and blithe: French DJ and producer LB aka Labat has been making waves with his lively take on dashing House & Techno via Trance and Garage, and we’re thrilled to have him play his Blitz debut at the end of July. With a penchant for all the exciting things happening in the UK and Australia, his accelerated take on funk guarantees peak-time delights whenever he commands the decks. 

He’s in good company with Elli Acula: as one of the block-rocking Spandau20 crew’s constitutional members and creative director, you’ll already have an idea of her sound. Pumping Techno with hints of Rave, Breakbeat, and Electro, her mixes are lively and potent: get ready for an electrifying spin in our Blitz ballroom! 

Opening the night is Felix Rupprecht from Vienna: the resident of PRST and a member of LHF-Squad is no stranger to Blitz and will raise the temperature with a glossy take on early 00’s inspired (Progressive) House & Trance.

Mit markanten Grooves und lebhaften Sets von LB aka Labat, dem aufstrebenden französischen Shootingstar, Elli Acula, einem Kernmitglied von Spandau20, dem stromgeladenen Duo Ninos Du Brasil und unserem Freund Felix Rupprecht aus Wien rauschen wir ins Wochenende. 

Die Ursprünge und Hintergründe um Ninos Du Brasil sind ebenso geheimnisumwittert wie legendär. Das Duo hat sich einer kühnen und unwahrscheinlichen Mischung aus Noise, Batucada, Samba und Elektronik verschrieben - diejenigen, die das Glück hatten, einen ihrer sporadischen Live-Auftritte zu erleben, wissen, welch außerweltliche Erfahrungen ihren Geschichten innewohnen.
NDBs komprimiertes und doch intensives Set ist eine inbrünstige Mischung aus Old-School-Techno, stadiontauglichen Refrains, Karnevalseuphorie und der physischen Intensität von Old-School-Hardcore-Shows.

Mit einem Faible für all die aufregenden Entwicklungen in Großbritannien und Australien garantiert sein akzelerationistischer Groove Peaktime-Pleasures, ganz gleich, wann er die Decks übernimmt. 

Er ist in guter Gesellschaft mit Elli Acula: Als eines der Gründungsmitglieder und kreative Leiterin der block-rocking Spandau20-Crew wird schnell klar, wohin die Reise geht. Die Nacht eröffnet Felix Rupprecht aus Wien: Der PRST-Resident und Mitglied der LHF-Squad ist im Blitz kein Unbekannter und wird die Gemüter, Temperaturen und Hydrometer mit einer schillernden Interpretation von frühem 00er-inspiriertem (Progressive) House & Trance in die Höhe treiben.
