🆘 Last October, a dam overflow caused a disaster in the Volta Region of Ghana. Farmers and fishermen lost their livelihoods. People with disabilities lost their aids. The spillage left more than 26,000 people incl. pregnant women, elderly, and children displaced and lost of their livelihood.
💬 Marian Quayson-Odonkor will be our guest tonight, telling her story as Queen Mother of Volo (Mama Yequlor IV) and informing about her plans to support the people in the Volta Region.

🆘 Im Oktober 2023 verursachte ein Dammbruch eine Katastrophe in der Volta-Region in Ghana. Landwirte und Fischer haben ihre Lebensgrundlage verloren, Menschen mit Behinderung haben ihre Hilfsmittel verloren. Die Überflutung hat mehr als 26.000 Menschen, darunter schwangere Frauen, ältere Menschen und Kinder, vertrieben und ohne Unterkunft zurückgelassen.
💬 Marian Quayson-Odonkor ist heute Abend unser Gast. Sie wird ihre Geschichte als Queen Mother von Volo erzählen und über ihre Pläne berichten, wie die Menschen in der Volta-Region unterstützt werden können.
