Das Shapes &Shades Kollektiv präsentiert das Carneval of Horror Festival. Du wolltest schon immer einmal in die Welt von Ballroom eintauchen? Dann ist es jetzt Zeit. Am Freitag findet im tanzhaus NRW die Horror Movies Kiki statt und am Samstag ein lockerer Ball aus unserer CAYA Reihe.

C A Y A - Come as you are, a mini-ball series for the ballroom community & allies.
In order to spread the culture and provide a playground to explore different categories, Shapes&Shades will be hosting monthly mini-balls + intro workshops. It is casual, it is fun, it is open to all, but it is still ballroom. So...COME AS YOU ARE, but make it fab!

HEADS UP:

This is not your regular event!
All Shapes&Shades events are taking place within a Safe(r) Space concept. The events are primarily addressing people, who identify as LGBTQIA+, B*Poc or PoC. Ballroom is an inclusive space and all bodies are welcome to join and celebrate, but we expect sensitivity, awareness, and allyship for the community, in and outside of Ballroom.
Ballroom takes a firm stance against all forms of racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, misogyny, or any other form of discrimination. We, the Shapes&Shades collective, will serve as an awareness team at the events, to make sure that the house rules are respected.
