Ladies,

How often do you say yes at work, only to later realize it was too quick or didn’t feel right?

In this workshop, we’ll explore how to set clearer, healthier boundaries at work, without guilt, people-pleasing, or burning bridges. Together, we’ll look at the space between “yes” and “no” and learn practical ways to pause, reflect, and reshape requests so they work better for you.

Through small-group discussions and practical examples, we’ll explore:

• Why setting boundaries at work can feel especially hard
• How to recognize early signs of discomfort in your body
• What to do when an outright “no” isn’t an option
• How to renegotiate deadlines, responsibilities, or expectations

Angelica will guide this session with a creative twist, using Tarot cards as reflection tools (not for prediction).

You’ll leave with more awareness and a clearer sense of when and how to choose your yes.

🎤 About the speaker:
After years of working in Fraud Prevention in the mobile advertising industry, Angelica now combines her passion for facilitating workshops with her passion for Tarot, which she uses as a creative problem-solving tool in her workshops.
