Valisia Odell is a rising figure of the Greek dark-wave and minimal synth scene, known for their atmospheric and cold electronic aesthetic.

This will be their debut in Berlin, supported by Fixed Lens (dystopic punk, Berlin), plus a dedicated post-punk/cold wave aftershow with Angelic Sinthesis and Ludi  Oktokreuz.

Valisia Odell is the union of Valisia and Aristomenis Theodoropoulos - an electronic duo who have long composed in the shadows, weaving echoes behind the curtain. But now, they step into the light. Distinctive, penetrating vocals entwine with hypnotic, unrelenting melodies. Rise and behold - a seductive experience awaits.

Valisia Odell is a defining figure in Greece’s dark electro/minimal wave scene. With her deep, mesmerizing voice and striking presence, she embodies mystery and eccentricity like no other. Media have praised her performances as intense, hypnotic, and commanding—leaving audiences entranced. She first emerged as the lead singer of Phoenix Catscratch before collaborating with Doric, Oberst Panizza, and Tango Mangalore. Later, she fronted Strawberry Pills.

She is also a fashion designer and the one half of the fashion brand 2WO+1NE=2. She believes that music and fashion really go hand in hand and that somehow music gives a voice to fashion.

Aristomenis Theodoropoulos is a visual artist and musician. His painting work has been presented in numerous solo and group exhibitions, often incorporating music and sound into his installations. Alongside his visual practice, he has been involved in various collaborative music projects over the years (Phoenix Catscratch was one of them), and releases his solo material under the name FEF / ΦΕΥ.

Captivating, relentless melodies and piercing vocals define their debut album “Shadow of a Dream”, released in April of 2025 by the Berlin-based Detriti Records, a label renowned for its curation of underground electronic and darkwave sounds.

Ahead of the album’s release, Valisia Odell debuted the official music video for their first single, “Makria,” in March. Watch it here:
