Dive into the world of contemporary dance

In this 2-hour workshop, we'll embark on a journey of self-expression through movement. From full-body warm-up including strengthening, stamina and stretching exercises to free movement tasks for body exploration. We will develop floorwork skills, learn about technique and explore the depths of our physicality and emotions.

This class welcomes participants with movement experience, offering an open level environment. Whether You’re experienced in dance or at the start of Your journey, there will be options to accommodate various skill levels. You will be guided through choreographic phrases that will ignite Your creativity and combine elements learned before. Come dressed in comfy clothing, ready to move and explore.

Isa is a professional dancer with a lifelong passion for movement. With a diverse background in various dance styles she has been working professionally for years and holds a degree in dance and education, specializing in contemporary, improvisational and jazz dance.

Her dance journey expands to experiences in front of the camera for music videos and various creative projects, as well as teaching dance to participants of any age. After working with a variety of people she additionally started  teaching a concept of guided movement for deeper introspection and expression.
