All good things come in threes: for the third and last Blitz Live! liveconcert, presented Munich CoreChaos-Collective, they invite Kora Winter, KMAT and Lessoner, who dissect overlooked social issues like modern alienation and migrant identity with razor sharp lyrics, raps & guitar work.

At the sweet spot between Metal & Hardcore, Kora Winter – one of Germany’s greatest DIY Bands – play smart and aggressive, catchy and subversive tunes to create highly-contemporary pop-music, proving that loud guitar music hasn’t lost its relevance at all and has found a thrilling scene beyond the mainstream.

The quintet fronted by singer Hakan Halac, aka HAXAN, head on confronts the German scene with often overlooked and willingly dismissed subjects that too seldomly find a place in coeval guitar music.Dealing with migrant experiences and representation of People of Colour, they present an agitated yet highly appealing alternative to the homogenous pulp of contemporary guitar music.

Their liveshows could easily be described as one of the best Splatter movies you’ve seen: harsh & bold, hyperactive & thrilling, their inciting and spectacular performances keeps you at the edge of your seat.

Lessoner sticks to the cathartic virtue that Post-Hardcore is well known for. Creating an outlet for all emotions between anger and solitude, between individual and world weariness, their ardent liveshows are as much haunting as they are dismal.

“70% percent of my lyrics deal with my own shit: I don’t like feelgood attitudes, but my life is easy going, about cheep booze, emo and cycling”, behind this nonchalant statement and wrapped in marvelous Rapcore, KMAT hides an acrid and stirring social criticism that has mastered the golden ratio of straight forward Noise bursts and charismatic Rap with ease.

Alle guten Dinge sind drei: zur letzten und dritten CoreChaos Show im Blitz Club werden von Kora Winter, KMAT & Lessoner mit scharfen Worten, aber auch Gitarren- und Rapsounds Themen im Toten Winkel der Gesellschaft seziert und Issues wie Modern Alienation und die migrantische Identität untersucht.

An der Schnittstelle von Metal & Hardcore spielen Kora Winter – Deutschlands wohl beste DIY-Band – smarte und aggressive, eingängige und subversive Popmusik, die beweist, das laute Gitarrenmusik auch in den 2020er Jahren immer noch auf der Höhe der Zeit stattfinden kann. Lessoner machen das, was Post-Hardcore schon immer am besten konnte: ein Ventil für all die zu vielen Gedanken zwischen Einsamkeit & Wut, Frust & Weltschmerz bieten und gehen mit ihren leidenschaftlichen Liveshows mitten ins Herz.

Wir wollen, dass jede*r Zugang zum Konzert haben kann. Wer sich aktuell keine Konzerte leisten kann, muss auch nichts zahlen. Aber ohne die finanzielle Hilfe und Unterstützung derer, die sich Kunst, Kultur & Konzerte leisten können, ist eine Veranstaltung selbst mit Kulturförderung nicht zu ermöglichen.
