Creepy Crypt: Nightborn (OmU)

Am 04. Juli unterbrechen wir den Summer of Carpenter kurz um euch den neusten Film von "Hatching" Regisseurin Hanna Bergholm zu präsentieren. In "Nightborn" schlüpft zwar Niemand aus einem Ei, aber es geht trotzdem um eine Mutter Kind Beziehung.

Saga (Seidi Haarla) und Jon (Rupert Grint) hegen den Wunsch nach einem gemeinsamen Kind und beziehen dafür Sagas Elternhaus in den abgelegenen Wäldern Finnlands. Mit der Geburt ihres Babys scheint ihr Plan zunächst Wirklichkeit zu werden. Doch die neue Situation entwickelt sich anders als erwartet und stellt ihr Zusammenleben zunehmend infrage. Während sich die Ereignisse zuspitzen, ist es allein Saga, die eine beunruhigende Wahrheit zu erkennen beginnt.

On July 4th, we are briefly pausing our Summer of Carpenter to present the latest film from "Hatching" director Hanna Bergholm. While no one actually hatches from an egg in "Nightborn", the story still centers on a mother-child relationship.

Saga (Seidi Haarla) and Jon (Rupert Grint) long to have a child together and move into Saga’s childhood home in the remote forests of Finland to make this dream a reality. With the birth of their baby, their plan initially seems to be coming true. However, the situation unfolds differently than expected, increasingly putting their life together to the test. As events escalate, Saga is the only one who begins to uncover a disturbing truth.
