Idrissas Stolz als Familienoberhaupt wird auf die Probe gestellt. Ihre Tochter Aminata ist Studentin. Sie ist in Moussa verliebt. Auch ihre Zukunftspläne werden durch die wirtschaftliche Lage des Landes durchkreuzt. Angesichts der Haushaltskürzungen im nationalen Bildungssystem kommt es in Dakar zu Studentendemonstrationen. Moussa sieht keine Zukunft im Senegal. Ottis Ba Mamadou nutzt Komik in DENT POUR DENT, um internationale Willkür und die Vernachlässigung der Jugend eines Landes anzuprangern.
