Lunch from 13:30 // 3 courses for 45€ (including Acid Bakery sourdough and water)
Dinner from 18:30 // 4 courses for 60€ (including Acid Bakery sourdough and water)
For both seatings the table is yours for 3,5 hours, so stay for a while to indulge in a fantastic wine pairing and special wine list made by us. Expect wines from the Echo portfolio as well as a selection of wines we’ve been aging in the cellar for you to enjoy.

About Chef Daniel Morgan
Originally from Sheffield, Daniel Morgan built his craft in the kitchens of The Square, Sketch, and The Ritz before setting out on a seven-year journey that took him from London to Tokyo’s Narisawa and Copenhagen’s Noma.
In Paris, his produce-led cooking at Robert earned him Chef of the Year from LeFooding®️ France, thanks to thoughtful, seasonal plates rooted in a deep respect for ingredients.
A regular in Colombia since 2017, Daniel continues to explore its traditions and flavors—quietly translating what he finds into dishes that feel honest, intuitive, and distinctly his own.
