Family Talks: Martha and Julius Pagener – loss and reconstruction of a private collection

goods and art collection were auctioned off. For decades, the family kept a suitcase full of records documenting their persecution and efforts to get re-compensation. Based on these documents, the Coordination Office for Provenance Research in North-Rhine Westphalia (KPF.NRW) researched the family history and tried to identify and locate the lost belongings. Miriam Cockx (KPF.NRW project leader), Alize Nowack (researcher) and descendant Lea Petermann will talk about the project and the relevance it has for the family.
