FLIMMERFEST 2026 – Das studentische Kurzfilmfestival der HAW

Alle zwei Jahre öffnet das Produktionslabor auf dem Kunst- und Mediencampus Hamburg seine Türen für das FLIMMERFEST. Das studentische Kurzfilmfestival wurde 2012 ins Leben gerufen und richtet sich an Studierende, die gerne Filme machen oder sich zum ersten Mal trauen wollen. Als Raum für Experimente mit Do-it-yourself-Einstellung wird das Festival von Studierenden für Studierende organisiert und ist offen für Interessierte über die HAW Hamburg hinaus.

2026 geht das Festival in die achte Runde unter dem Motto WECHSELSPANNUNG: am 19. und 20. Juni werden die Besten der diesjährigen Einsendungen im Produktionslabor auf der großen Leinwand gezeigt! Außerdem gibt es Podiumsdiskussionen mit verschiedenen Gästen rund ums Thema Filme.

Every two years, the production lab on the Kunst- und Mediencampus Hamburg opens its doors for the FLIMMERFEST. The student short film festival was started in 2012 and is directed at students who enjoy making movies or might want to try it for the first time. As a space for experimentation with a do-it-yourself-attitude, the festival is organised by students for students and open to those beyond HAW Hamburg.

In 2026, the festival will start its eighth run under the motto CHANGE / WECHSELSPANNUNG: on June 19 and 20 the best submissions will be shown on the big screen at the production lab! On top of that there will be panel talks with guests on different subjects regarding film.
