Hanno Leichtmann presents Outerlands + lyricdata

Hanno Leichtmann will present OUTERLANDS live in Galiläakirche.The Material for OUTERLANDS was recorded on the Villa Aurora Organ, built in 1928/29 by Artcraft Organ Company, Santa Monica, California. This cinema style organ consists of a pipe organ, a wall mounted marimba and a two octave tubular bells/chimes ensemble. All sections of the organ were MIDI equipped in 2010 and are therefore also remote controllable. Some of the recordings were processed with a ER – 301 sound computer. - Support: lyricdatawill kick off the evening with deconstructed ambient soundscapes, filling the hall with her wonderful soundscapes as she did at the ‘Paradise Must Be Nice’ festival in Galiläakirche at the beginning of June. Shannon explores themes such as the search for tenderness in dark sounds and the creation of spaces for introverted feelings within intense sound designs.
