Two slim bands of fabric hanging from above, wrapping only our hands in the straps, we will learn to hold our bodies in the air using our strength. The fundamental movements of all acrobatics in the air begins with correct shoulder alignment. Aerial straps will focus on correct shoulder alignment & engagement to hold our own body weight in the air. Aerial straps is the the most challenging aerial discipline & one of the most rewarding! We do not recommend this class for absolute beginners but for those who have already discovered aerial & are ready to take their practise to the next level.
