NYMMER is the latest project by the Berlin-based composer duo Lisa Buchholz (trumpet) and Niko Zeidler (saxophone). Their music oscillates between electronic jazz, broken beat, and neo-soul, emerging from the synergy of their individual inspirations and diverse musical experiences. The sextet is completed by a select rhythm section featuring Max Feig (guitar), Steven Moser (drums), Joschka Oßke (keys), and Chris Sergeant (bass). Their special musical chemistry is the result of their long-standing collaboration in various formations and their time spent studying together at the Jazz Institute Berlin.
