Pani Puri/Gol Gappe

Crispy dough balls with a potato and pea mixture, tamarind chutney, coriander chutney, and fresh coriander. In addition, mint-lemon water is filled into the Gol Gappa shortly before consumption.

Sev Puri

Crunchy biscuits with potatoes, coriander chutney, tamarind chutney, fresh coriander, and tomatoes.

Dahi Puri

Crispy dough balls with a potato and pea mixture, tamarind chutney, coriander chutney, fresh coriander, and sweet yogurt.

Ragda Pattice

Crispy fried potatoes garnished with spices chutneys with Ragda (a light stew of dried white peas cooked with a variety of spices).

Bhel Puri

A delicious mixture of fried puff - pastry balls, puffed rice, sev, potatoes, onions, green chili chutney, and sweet and sour tamarind sauces.

Sukha Bhel

A delicious mixture of fried puff - pastry balls, puffed rice, sev, potatoes, onions, and green chili chutney.

Pani Puri/Gol Gappe

Knusprige Teigbällchen mit Kartoffel-Erbsen-Mischung, Tamarinden-Chutney, Koriander-Chutney und frischem Koriander. Zusätzlich wird kurz vor dem Verzehr Minz-Zitronen-Wasser in den Gol Gappa eingefüllt.

Sev Puri

Knusprige Kekse mit Kartoffeln, Koriander-Chutney, Tamarinden-Chutney, frischem Koriander und Tomaten.

Dahi Puri

Knusprige Teigbällchen mit Kartoffel-Erbsen-Mischung, Tamarinden-Chutney, Koriander-Chutney, frischem Koriander und süßem Joghurt.

Ragda Pattice

Knusprige Bratkartoffeln garniert mit Gewürzen Chutneys mit Ragda (ein leichter Eintopf aus getrockneten weißen Erbsen gekocht mit verschiedenen Gewürzen)

Bhel Puri

Eine köstliche Mischung aus frittierten Blätterteigbällchen, Puffreis, Sev, Kartoffeln, Zwiebeln, grünem Chili-Chutney und süß-sauren Tamarindensaucen.
