KIMSWIM loves to swim against the tide.
Not long ago Kim dropped out of her law studies at one of Germany ‘s top elite universities just before the finish line to devote herself solely to her passion: music.

Her career started in Munich, where she was a regular at many well-known
venues, but to reach new heights she decided to move to Berlin in 2022.
Within a remarkably short period of time, KIMSWIM has not only managed to
gain a foothold in the big music-metropolis and has performed in renowned
venues such as HÖR, Watergate, Porzellan Bar or 808 (and many more).
She has also been able to wow people internationally with her debuts in

London at the Defected Basement, in Istanbul at Noh and at RADION Amsterdam.

“Music is fluid and in the end it’s all about energy.” That’s why KIMSWIM
doesn‘t like to pigeonhole her sound into just one category.
From funky House grooves to bouncy ghetto, tech, breaks and electro.
She merges different genres together in playful ways which makes her style asdiverse as the audience on the dancefloor.
