Mom & Baby Pilates-Inspired Workout

Reconnect with your body while enjoying quality time with your little one in this gentle, Pilates-inspired class designed for moms and babies up to 12 months old. This low-impact workout focuses on rebuilding core strength, supporting pelvic floor health, improving posture, increasing flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness after pregnancy.

The class emphasizes mindful movement, breathing, and functional strength to help you regain confidence in your body while promoting safe postpartum recovery.

No previous Pilates experience is necessary—just come ready to move, connect, and enjoy this special time together in a supportive and welcoming community.

This class is suitable for mothers who have been medically cleared to return to exercise. All participants must have approval from their doctor before attending.

Please bring a blanket for your baby, and any essentials your little one may need during class. We look forward to helping you build strength, improve pelvic floor function and core stability, and create lasting memories with your baby.
