Speaker #1 Human-Centred Design for Agentic Workflows by Rutuja Pawar
In this session, I will share how human-centred design principles based on Stanford decision frameworks (like sharp-edge vs rough-edge problems) help us design agentic workflows that remain transparent and where it matters, keeps humans in the driver seat. This session would be very practical and helpful to anyone deciding or building such workflows in n8n. This is also a non-technical and accessible session that complements the n8n ecosystem.

Rutuja is a Data and AI Consultant with a background in computer science and a master’s specialization in data engineering. With nearly nine years of experience across tech and business teams, she helps clients design and deliver impactful data, BI, and AI solutions.

She is particularly interested in human-centred decision frameworks exploring how intelligent systems can make data workflows smarter and more intuitive. She also mentors and facilitates design thinking sessions within her organization.

Layal demonstrates how AI-powered automations built with n8n can streamline bioinformatics—from detecting hidden trends in genomic data to automatically triggering pipelines and generating insights. She shows how complex analysis can be transformed into smooth, intelligent workflows.

Dr. Layal Yasin is an AI automation specialist and entrepreneur, focused on building intelligent workflows that simplify and optimize business operations. With a PhD in bioinformatics and years of experience in clinical genomics, she combines scientific depth with technical innovation.
