Naked Grapes with Anna Leevia

Anna Leevia was born in the land of mixed colours and rhythms – between music, caipirinha and bananas. She started DJing in the Brazilian scene in 2005, co-founding the Lixxo collective back in her hometown of Belo Horizonte. Anna moved to Berlin in 2008 and soon enough started to spin in her favourite clubs, like Bar25, Club Der Visionaere and Watergate. She released in local labels such as Tonkind and Heinz Music. Beside her electronic music alias “Anna Leevia”, she also goes under “Maldita”, an alter ego to represent freely the multitude of her sonic choices. Under this alias she also creates performances and installations, always exploring the duality and beauty of life and death. ∞
